At the beginning of the local coffee season, only fully ripe coffee beans or coffee cherries are harvested by hand and carefully processed at the Nyakabugi Farm in Kenya and the Simbi Washing Station in Rwanda. Through specific fermentation, washing and drying processes, the beans finally attain their excellent quality.
Fair & Direct
Unlike other coffees, these beans change hands at a fair price that sustainably supports the country and its people. Once they arrive in Germany, they are roasted just as carefully by 19grams.
Flavors & recommended preparation
Flavor: Dried cranberries, milk chocolate, orange peel, recommended brewing methods: AeroPress, French Press, Chemex, Hand Filter - for example: 16g coffee, 250g water, medium grind, in about 2.5 min brewing time.
